Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in specialty lubricants, additives, or related markets.
• Proven success leading sales teams and delivering profitable growth across North America.
• Experience managing distributor networks, strategic accounts, and OEM relationships.
• Strong business development skills with track record of growth opportunities.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and building high-performance commercial organizations.
• Strong understanding of industrial lubricants, specialty greases, silicone, and other lubricants.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America commercial organization and deliver revenue, margin, and business objectives.
• Drive growth of Molykote and Multibase portfolios through strategic customer engagement and market development.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization across North America.
• Develop and execute the North America commercial strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Expand and strengthen distributor partnerships and optimize channel performance.
• Transform and strengthen Molykote and Multibase channels with performance metrics and mutual action plans.
• Build and execute strategic account plans for key customers, OEMs, distributors, and end users.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities across targeted industries and segments.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Technical Service, and Operations to accelerate growth and improve outcomes.
• Establish a segmented commercial model maximizing market coverage, value capture, and customer engagement.
• Travel extensively across North America to support customers and partners.
