Job summary

Astrophysics Inc. invites applications for the North America Regional Sales Manager role in Arlington, VA. The position focuses on driving sales growth across North America by building strong customer, dealer, and government agency relationships, plus managing the full sales cycle and coordinating with internal teams.

Occasional domestic travel is required. The candidate will develop regional sales plans, deliver compelling presentations, and participate in industry events to advance pipeline

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience in technology or security sectors.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build strong client relationships.
• Experience selling to government agencies and commercial clients is a plus; strong presentation and CRM skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in U.S. and North America.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, government agencies, and end users.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations highlighting technical benefits.
• Prepare proposals and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Represent Astrophysics at trade shows and regional events.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
