You will manage key channel partners, build strategic relationships with integrators, distributors, and service providers, and identify new opportunities in commercial and SMB segments.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales of physical security hardware.
• Proven ability to build and manage partnerships with integrators, ISPs, VARs, and distributors.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and driving pipeline growth.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams.
• Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive B2B sales of physical security hardware (cameras, sensors, NVRs).
• Develop and manage regional partnerships with integrators, ISPs, VARs, distributors, and OEMs.
• Deliver on quarterly and annual sales targets through pipeline development and deal execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure go-to-market alignment.
• Manage sales forecasting, CRM updates, and reporting for regional performance.
• Identify and attend relevant trade shows, regional events, and customer visits to promote products and generate leads.
• Provide ongoing feedback on competitive landscape, product performance, and market trends.
