Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Controls Lead for our Building Engineering Services (BES) group in North America. You will develop and implement project controls on high-value projects, lead a team of controls specialists, and collaborate with project managers to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets.

Responsibilities include establishing controls plans, templates, and dashboards, mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement across market sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management or closely related field.
• 10+ years as project controls leader on BES infrastructure projects over $100M per project or $300M+ program.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular coordination with project controls personnel and leadership to drive project performance.
• Lead a team of project controls and document controls specialists to implement control plans.
• Develop templates and processes for schedule, cost, progress management and reporting.
