Qualifications

• Experience in delegated authority / program business.
• Strong understanding of MGA / MGU / TPA relationships.
• Expertise in bordereaux, claims operations, and financial controls.
• Leadership experience with both onshore and offshore teams.
• High-energy, solutions-oriented and forward-thinking mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational aspects of delegated authority programs across North America.
• Oversee MGA, MGU, and TPA performance, compliance, and accountability.
• Own premium and claims bordereaux governance and reporting.
• Drive financial discipline including reconciliation, funding, and variance resolution.
• Lead TPA funding structures and audit processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, finance, actuarial, and technology teams.
• Act as the operational escalation point for program-related issues.
• Drive technology roadmap and modern operational capabilities.
