Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Associate Director of Program Operations & Strategy to lead multi-program delivery in a fully remote environment. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategic goals into efficient operational plans, oversee budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional coordination, and continuously optimize processes using AI-enabled workflows.

The role supports nationwide initiatives and capacity-building.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years leading program operations or complex operational programs.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into detailed execution plans.
• Strong coordination of events, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple programs.
• Translate scopes of work into detailed project plans and manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person events: logistics, scheduling, venue, materials, tech, on-site execution.
• Manage program budgets, financial tracking, reconciliations, forecasting, and reporting with finance teams.
• Design and oversee data collection, dashboards, and executive-style reporting for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Improve systems by building scalable processes and AI-enabled workflow enhancements.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and drive operational excellence.
