Job summary

Offchain Labs, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the company.

This role sits at the intersection of business operations, project management, and execution, owning security initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in business operations or related fields, strong program management skills, and experience with GRC/SOC 2.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with GRC, SOC 2, compliance, risk management, or security operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ad hoc operational priorities and projects as they arise.
• Partner with internal teams including People, IT, Finance, Security, and Operations to support employee and business needs.
• Expertly project manage across teams on high-visibility, high-impact technical projects.
• Drive documentation, evidence collection, and process improvements related to compliance and operations.
• Establish project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders and ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively resolve them.
• Ensure projects are completed with a high degree of quality and urgency.
• Experience with GRC platforms, SOC 2 audits, security controls, or compliance programs is a plus.
