Job summary

The position demands leadership across onshore and offshore teams, deep expertise in bordereaux and financial controls, and the ability to drive a comprehensive technology roadmap. Based in Chicago area, this is a senior strategic operations role.

• Lead all operational aspects of delegated authority programs across North America.
• Oversee MGA, MGU, and TPA performance, compliance, and accountability.
• Own premium and claims bordereaux governance and reporting.
• Drive financial discipline including reconciliation, funding, and variance resolution.
• Lead TPA funding structures and audit processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, finance, actuarial, and technology teams.
• Act as the operational escalation point for program-related issues.
• Drive technology roadmap and modern operational capabilities.
