Job summary

UL Solutions in Northbrook, IL, seeks a Program Manager Lead to steer a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives across Global Operations, including labs, field, quality, and enterprise priorities.

You will develop workplans, manage risks and milestones, coach other PMs, and partner with executives to translate strategy into actionable programs that deliver measurable business impact and sustainable improvements through governance and change management.

Qualifications

• Generally, 10+ years of related discipline experience or demonstrated competency.
• Experience leading or overseeing project managers across global programs.
• Background in strategic and tactical planning for large-scale projects.
