Responsibilities

• Define and execute North American operations transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and distribution.
• Own end-to-end regional operations performance and drive safety, quality, service, cost, and inventory improvements.
• Embed Lean, continuous improvement, and operating system deployment across the network.
• Lead and develop a high-performing North American operations leadership team and foster cross-functional collaboration.
