Job summary
AllSaints in West Hollywood, CA, seeks a Head of Wholesale - Menswear, North America to lead the NA Menswear team and drive strategy, growth, and collaboration with global product teams. The role focuses on market-specific initiatives, seasonal targets, and strengthening relationships with major RTW accounts across the region.
The position requires 7+ years in Wholesale RTW/Retail Buying, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and travel for market events and store visits.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Wholesale Contemporary RTW and/or Retail Buying experience.
- Established relationships with RTW buying teams at major retailers.
- Deep knowledge of Contemporary RTW market trends.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for retail math and presentations.
- Strong negotiation, analytical and communication abilities under pressure.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop relationships with major wholesale accounts and nurture growth.
- Drive in-season reorder programs and manage stock profitability.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and product presentations for NA markets.
- Monitor margin, volume, and sell-through to achieve targets.
- Deliver quarterly business updates and sales trend analyses to senior management.
