Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Head of North America ISV Marketing to lead the strategy and execution for ISV partner marketing across US and Canada. You will build data-driven programs with partners to drive demand and revenue, and align with AWS campaigns.

The role requires managing large teams, strong cross-functional collaboration, and deep marketing analytics to optimize the marketing mix across ABM, demand generation, and events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience managing teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and execute the NAMER ISV marketing plan including ABM and MDF planning.
• Execute ABM plans to support partner growth with customers.
• Hire and develop NAMER ISV partner marketing professionals and ABM specialists.
• Partner closely with field and global marketing for a unified strategy across the Geo.
• Work with AWS Marketing teams to share best practices and align efforts.
