Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Proposition Manager to lead North America enterprise market strategy for the US and Canada. You will translate portfolio strategy into growth, engage priority merchants, and shape roadmaps with regional and global teams.

You will own market-facing readiness, equip sales with differentiated narratives, and drive adoption, performance review, and growth actions across the NA enterprise segment.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in payments, fintech, or comparable regulated tech markets.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of North American payments dynamics (US & CA).
• Proven ability to convert market insight into strategy and commercial outcomes.
• Executive-level communication and ability to craft decision-ready narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen including market assessment, business cases, pricing, adoption and growth levers.
• Ability to lead through influence across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Partnerships, Legal, Risk, and regional/global teams.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and moving cross-functional priorities from insight to action.
• Customer-facing credibility representing Global Payments with senior merchants and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a North America proposition strategy tailored for US and Canada.
• Lead engagement with priority merchants to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.
• Translate opportunities into proposition requirements, business cases, and investment recommendations.
• Influence roadmaps with North America portfolio leadership and prevent feature ownership duplication.
• Ensure regional needs are reflected in global product planning and regional adaptions.
• Create clear, decision-ready narratives outlining opportunity, value, and risks.
• Own market-facing proposition readiness from value prop to sales enablement and launches.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Go-to-Market teams to equip client-facing teams with compelling narratives.
• Identify barriers to adoption and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve gaps.
• Monitor performance, usage, and market feedback to drive optimization and growth.
