Qualifications

• Deep experience in payments, financial technology, or a comparable regulated tech market.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise product or proposition roles.
• Proven ability to translate market and customer insight into strategy and investment recommendations.
• Executive-level communication and the ability to create clear narratives for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a North America proposition strategy reflecting US/Canada market needs and global requirements.
• Lead engagement with priority merchants and prospects to identify unmet needs, adoption barriers, and opportunities.
• Translate market opportunities into proposition requirements, business cases, and investment recommendations.
• Influence roadmaps with North America portfolio leadership and accountable product owners.
• Own market-facing proposition readiness from value proposition to sales enablement and launches.
• Identify barriers to adoption and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve gaps.
