You will own market-facing proposition readiness, work with Commercial and Go-to-Market teams, and influence roadmaps while aligning regional needs with global capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in payments or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of North American payments for US & Canada.
• Ability to turn market insights into strategy and commercial outcomes.
• Executive-level communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define NA proposition strategy for US and Canada and align with global North American needs.
• Lead engagement with priority merchants to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.
• Translate opportunities into proposition requirements and business cases.
• Influence roadmaps and ensure global capabilities are adapted for the region.
• Own market-facing proposition readiness with sales enablement and launches.
• Monitor performance and drive optimization based on feedback.
