Jobgether seeks a seasoned North America Demand Generation leader to own the regional demand strategy and drive pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns and ABM initiatives.

You will align with sales teams to prioritize accounts, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns across webinars, content syndication, email, and paid media. Remote work within the United States is supported, with cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or related field.
• Experience owning regional marketing programs and pipeline targets.
• Experience with ABM and multi-channel campaigns.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional demand generation strategy for North America.
• Drive pipeline growth through regional marketing-sourced pipeline targets.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns across webinars, content syndication, email, nurture, paid media, and ABM.
• Align marketing with sales objectives and support priority accounts and target segments.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize funnel metrics for higher conversion and pipeline.
• Manage regional marketing budgets and optimize spend for measurable returns.
• Coordinate with Sales, Content, Localization, PPC, and Marketing Operations teams.
• Adapt global strategies to North American market requirements while maintaining consistency.
• Lead external vendors and evaluate performance and cost efficiency.
• Improve lead management processes with Sales and SDR/BDR teams.
