Job summary

Zenobē seeks a Senior Manager, Demand Generation for North America (EV) to build the marketing engine across the US and Canada. You will create campaigns, content, lead scoring and full-funnel activation to fuel Transit, School Bus and Commercial Truck pipelines.

Reporting to the EVP Sales & Marketing, you will align marketing with sales, establish baselines, measure ROI, and scale activities while balancing digital and in-person programs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B demand generation with measurable pipeline.
• Experience marketing to transit and bus operators or fleet operators.
• Experience building marketing operations with tracking and reporting.
• Hands-on with SEO/SEM, paid media, email and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against the North America marketing strategy and plan.
• Define what constitutes a qualified lead and enable lead scoring, nurture and handover.
• Plan campaigns, segments and events with budget and rationale.
• Manage external partners for content production and scale.
• Run a quarterly campaign/content calendar and measure pipeline impact.
• Oversee content and thought leadership to position Zenobē as a market leader.
