Job summary
Zenobe is seeking a Director of Commercial Development for North America, based in Chicago or able to work from other geographies. The role focuses on originating and executing turnkey EV financing solutions for public and private sector clients, leading cross-functional teams across finance, legal and delivery to win and close transactions.

Qualifications
- Experience with government tender and procurement processes is advantageous.
- Ability to lead client proposals and tenders.
- Strong structured finance / project finance experience, incl. P3-Infra.
Responsibilities
- Support origination and execution of Zenobe’s EV, battery and charging finance products.
- Bid into PPP/P3 opportunities and manage related papers.
- Develop financial models to assess PPP bids including revenues, costs and profitability.
- Negotiate terms with legal and commercial teams to align with risk positions.
- Mentor junior team members and develop modelling and presentation capabilities.
- Develop commercial propositions across North American markets and ensure bankability of transactions.
