SGS is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst, North America, to provide advanced analysis and administration of compensation programs across the US and Canada. The role ensures external competitiveness and internal equity, and leads the annual merit cycle.

Responsibilities include market research, data audits, and reporting, with collaboration across HR, Finance, and business partners. Strong Excel skills and pay equity knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of compensation experience in North America and Canada.
• Proficient in Excel and data modeling for compensation analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual merit cycle and market research for salary budgets.
• Develop and maintain compensation models, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, pay equity, and transparency laws.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to manage incentives and accruals.
• Harmonize job descriptions and support job evaluations as needed.
