Job summary

6sense is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to lead compensation strategy and execution across the US, UK, Canada, and India. You will work with managers, People Business Partners, and Finance to design scalable programs, reinforce pay-for-performance, and enable fair, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include advising on job leveling, promotions, and equity grants, driving market analysis and benchmarking, and ensuring compliance and pay equity.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years in compensation or total rewards, SaaS or high-growth tech preferred.
• Expertise in compensation strategy, benchmarking, salary range management, incentives, and equity.
• Global compensation programs experience highly preferred (US and India preferred).
• Collaboration with leaders across functions on decisions and escalations.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data storytelling skills.
• Experience leading end-to-end planning cycles in Workday; knowledge of equity programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation strategy and execution across base pay, incentives, equity, and global planning.
• Design and govern compensation programs aligned to business strategy and market data.
• Advise senior leaders on compensation decisions, job leveling, promotions, and internal moves.
• Serve as SME for equity programs including new hire, promotion, and refresh grants.
• Drive market analysis, benchmarking, and translate insights into leadership recommendations.
• Ensure pay equity, transparency, compliance, risk mitigation, and governance.
