SGS is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst for North America to lead compensation analysis and administration across Canada and the United States. This role ensures compliance, equity, and competitiveness of all compensation programs.

Responsibilities include leading the annual merit cycle, market studies for salary budgets, and audits of compensation data. Strong Excel, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance or related field is required.
• 7+ years of hands-on compensation experience for US/Canada programs in a large corporate environment.
• Advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivots, data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compensation programs comply with US/Canada regulations and external benchmarks.
• Lead annual merit cycle and market research for salary budgets; prepare trainings for HR and managers.
• Coordinate short-term incentives, data audits, and payroll-related payments.
