Clobotics is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director for North America to lead sales and market expansion in the retail AI space. This role will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—and will collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption of Clobotics’ retail solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in enterprise technology sales, a strong CPG/retail network, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in enterprise technology environments.

Responsabilités

• Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads within CPG and retail verticals.
• Build consultative relationships with C-level, commercial, technical, and procurement stakeholders.
• Lead strategic sales efforts from outreach to proposal development and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to design tailored solutions addressing client challenges.
• Serve as the primary client-facing lead during the sales process and handoff to Customer Success.
