You will own the AI agenda for the vertical, shape the offering portfolio, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure solutions scale beyond proofs of concept into enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in AI/ML solution development for retail/CPG.
• Proven track record building enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI/ML strategy and roadmap for the RCPG vertical.
• Lead design and delivery of AI solutions across domains such as demand forecasting, supply chain, and store solutions.
• Engage clients, shape proposals, and grow the AI pipeline.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery with governance and responsible-AI practices.
