Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking an MVD Specialist to support Service Delivery and members with MVD questions, requests, and guidance. You will process MVD titles and lien perfections for Indirect and Consumer auto loans, and conduct monthly audits to ensure regulatory timeframes are met.

Collaborating with the Indirect department, you will resolve title and lien issues and identify process improvements to enhance quality, workflows, and reporting.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Service Delivery staff and members with MVD related questions, requests, issues, and guidance, including Administers temp tags and coordinating documents.
• Provide common error information to Training and address procedural gaps and for additional training opportunities.
• Work with Indirect department to resolve pending title and lien perfection issues and maintain knowledge of regulatory MVD requirements.
