Responsibilities

• Provide support to Service Delivery staff and members with MVD questions, requests, issues, and guidance; handle temp tags and coordinate document pickup/delivery with MVD Now.
• Provide common error information to Training on policy gaps and training opportunities.
• Work with Indirect department to resolve title and lien issues; maintain knowledge of MVD regulatory forms, policies, and procedures.
