Qualifications

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and team communication skills.
• Proficient 10-key adding and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to assist with the titling process and enhance member relationships.
• Adheres to call handling and quality review procedures.
• Assist loan officers in perfecting titles on auto, boat, and RV loans.
• Promote and maintain partnerships with branches, member service teams and members.
• Liaise with DMV and dealers to obtain titles and solve issues for timely processing.
• Record title notes on member accounts and ensure proper follow up.
• Maintain filing of title paperwork and perform other duties as assigned.
