Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from constituents, lien holders, and dealers (phone, email, in person).
• Open, sort, and distribute mail.
• Collect and reconcile revenue.
• Verify and update computer records.
• Organize, review, and maintain files (digital and physical).
• Operate office equipment (printers, fax, validator, phones).
