You will explain requirements to applicants and process high-volume title work efficiently and accurately.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and data quality control across title services.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship or STEM OPT extensions; will require I-9 form on hire.
• Minimum: office/administrative support experience with independent judgment and discretion.
• Knowledge of state policies, confidentiality, and information security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with State policies including HR and information security for state information systems.
• Critically review electronic information system input/output and report data quality standards.
• Examine motor vehicle title applications and related documents to verify ownership and compliance.
• Verify, post, reconcile, and update standard documents and financial transactions.
• Prepare summary reports and trend analyses; research and analyze complex information to support conclusions.
• Present information to individuals/groups and recommend operational improvements.
• Maintain and service issued materials; manage inventory and supplies.
