Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Active Virginia Life and Health insurance license.
• Three or more years of experience managing a diverse book of insurance business.
• Strong command of agency management systems and digital rating tools.
• Ability to analyze coverage gaps and explain policies in plain language.
• Office-based role in Roanoke, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough insurance reviews to ensure clients have the coverage they truly need.
• Create customized quotes across multiple lines, including home, auto, and life insurance.
• Manage incoming inquiries with education-focused approach to fit for each situation.
