Guitar Center is seeking an Operations Manager in Danvers, MA to lead the team responsible for receiving, stocking, and merchandising according to planograms, promotions, and standards. The role emphasizes integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and customer focus.

You will partner with the Store Manager to hit EBITDA, sales, and margin goals, manage staffing, and oversee shipping, warehouse, inventory, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in retail or warehouse settings.
• Valid state drivers license and auto insurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve EBITDA, sales, and margin goals.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and training for operations associates.
• Oversee shipping/receiving and warehouse organization.
• Maintain facility, loss prevention, and inventory control.
• Conduct pricing/signage audits and merchandising to planograms.
• Open and close the store and drive sales when needed.
