Job summary

Moonbug Entertainment is seeking a Manager, Music Marketing & Commercial Partnerships to blend analytics with creative release campaigns in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate Moonbug's music releases, DSP submissions, and brand-aligned marketing across multiple platforms from Los Angeles.

You will analyze streaming data, craft market insights, and collaborate with the Director to guide decisions. The role is on-site in LA with a 6-month term and potential full-time hire.

Qualifications

• Experience in a label, streaming, or music commercial environment.
• Strong analytical instincts with ability to translate data into insights.
• Familiarity with streaming data tools such as Luminate, Chartmetric, or Spotify for Artists.
• Understanding of DSP dynamics and how editorial/algorithmic factors drive performance.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end coordination of Moonbug's release schedule and deadlines.
• Liaise with Label Operations to align releases with marketing needs.
• Prepare DSP pitching materials and compile assets and data.
• Maintain artist and brand profiles across DSPs for discoverability.
• Develop music marketing campaigns and coordinate assets and timelines.
• Coordinate with brand teams on integrated campaigns and track deliverables.
• Monitor streaming performance across DSPs, analyze shifts, and build playlist strategy.
• Synthesize findings into reports for the Director and inform decisions.
• Manage on-air catalog for SiriusXM and oversee Pandora strategy with SXM team.
