Moonbug Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Account Coordinator to manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure seamless campaign execution across our global IPs. You will be the essential link between brand partners and internal production and creative teams.

You will own projects from handoff from sales to final delivery, coordinating YouTube content, social integrations, and cross-channel campaigns for major household brands.

Formación

• Prior experience working within an ad agency (creative or media) is required.
• Experience with YouTube channel management and social integrations is preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
• Excellent communication and ability to maintain professional client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Own the execution of campaigns from start to finish, including YouTube content and ads.
• Coordinate with internal teams—media, ad ops, creative, production, and finance.
• Oversee project logistics: asset delivery, approvals, production schedules, reporting.
• Lead client status meetings with clear updates and proactive follow-ups.
• Maintain understanding of client goals to support long-term partnerships and growth.
• Monitor project health and flag risks or budget discrepancies early.
• Analyze campaign performance data to inform client discussions and reporting.
• Build strong knowledge of Moonbug IP and kids/family entertainment to advise on strategies.
