Job summary

Moonbug Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking a Creative Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery of creative and product development initiatives across CP&E. You will partner with CP&E Creative and Product Development leadership to move projects from kickoff through development, approvals, final asset delivery, and launch.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management, creative operations, licensing, product development, or consumer products experience.
• Experience in entertainment, toys, kids/preschool, or licensed products preferred.
• Familiarity with Flowhaven, Box, Monday.com, Airtable or similar tools.
• Proficient in Mac OSX and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Ability to work under pressure and across a global team.
• Experience managing creative budgets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain timelines for seasonal style guides, packaging programs, product development, retail initiatives, and other creative projects; translate milestones into actionable schedules and track dependencies.
• Manage end-to-end operational flow of creative projects; schedule reviews and consolidate feedback.
• Develop seasonal calendars for style guides, agency deliverables, legal reviews, and launches; track asset types for visibility.
• Collaborate with external agencies and legal to develop proposals and contracts.
• Track agency invoices and budget spend; identify financial risks.
• Track artwork development, copy, legal requirements, reviews, and final assets.
• Maintain records of approvals and consolidate cross-department feedback.
