Job summary

Moonbug Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking a Talent Manager to act as the connective tissue between artists and internal teams, managing schedules, logistics, and communication with care and discretion. You will nurture relationships, coordinate shoots and appearances, and ensure brand-aligned messaging across all touchpoints.

The role requires 2–4+ years in talent management or related fields, strong EQ, exceptional organizational skills, and comfort with fast-paced production timelines.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in talent management, agency assistance, publicity coordination, or talent logistics within the LA entertainment or digital media ecosystem.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of managing high-touch, sensitive interpersonal relationships.
• Mastery of calendar logistics and project management tools with exceptional attention to detail.
• High emotional intelligence and a natural instinct for hospitality, caregiving, mentorship, and relationship-building.
• Deep understanding of fast-paced production schedules and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for all day-to-day needs across our Artists.
• Own and maintain artist calendars, schedules, logistics and deadlines with precision.
• Manage all incoming correspondence, scheduling, and communication on behalf of Artists and the Management team.
• Proactively communicate talent availability and routing to internal teams to maintain alignment.
• Handle logistics and advancement for shoots, travel, appearances, and events.
• Provide quality control across artist communications and content.
• Act as a calm, solutions-oriented presence when issues arise – resolving problems quickly and discreetly.
• Advocate for the talent’s time and mental health while pursuing high-value opportunities.
