Job summary
Moonbug Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking a Manager, Music Marketing & Commercial Partnerships to drive data-driven music marketing and partnerships. You will coordinate release schedules, support DSP pitches, and maintain artist profiles across platforms, ensuring campaigns align with brand strategy.
The role blends analytical rigor with hands-on marketing execution, requiring strong communication and project management to support Moonbug’s global kids brands like CoComelon and Blippi.
Qualifications
- Experience in a label, streaming, or music commercial environment.
- Strong analytical instincts to translate data into insights.
- Familiarity with streaming data tools (Luminate, Chartmetric, Spotify for Artists).
- Excellent organization to manage multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end release schedules and timelines.
- Prepare DSP pitches and submit editorial data.
- Maintain DSP artist and brand profiles for discovery.
- Develop and deliver music marketing campaigns with stakeholders.
- Align campaigns with Moonbug brand plans.
- Monitor streaming performance and analyze trends.
- Create reports for the Director and inform decisions.
- Oversee SiriusXM and Pandora assets and radio liners.
