Job summary

Moonbug Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking a Creative Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery of creative and product development initiatives within CP&E. This role partners with CP&E Creative and Product Development leadership to move projects from kickoff to launch.

The 6-month fixed term role requires on-site presence in Los Angeles and close collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure timely, compliant asset delivery and approvals.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in project management, creative operations, licensing, product development, or consumer products.
• Understanding licensing production timelines, seasonal development calendars, packaging, and asset management.
• Familiarity with Flowhaven, Box, Monday.com, Airtable or similar tools.
• Proficient with Mac OSX, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign).
• Ability to work under pressure and with a global team.
• Ability to manage creative budgets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain timelines for seasonal style guides and packaging programs.
• Manage end-to-end creative project workflow and reviews.
• Develop seasonal calendars and track assets across teams.
• Coordinate with agencies and legal for proposals and contracts.
• Track budgets and invoices to identify financial risks.
• Maintain asset records and version control across platforms.
• Prepare status updates and leadership reports.
• Sequence projects by priorities and deadlines.
