Job summary

Moonbug Entertainment seeks a Senior Analyst, Brand Partnerships to become the technical and strategic backbone of how our ad-sales team uses data. You will consolidate pre-sale, sales pipeline, live platform, and audience research data into a single source of truth that can feed LLMs for fast analysis.

You’ll also build flexible, self-serve reporting infrastructure so the wider team can generate client-ready outputs, freeing you to tell the story behind the trends and opportunities to clients

Qualifications

• Proven experience building, structuring, and maintaining databases.
• Experience consolidating data from multiple sources into a single source of truth.
• Experience preparing data for AI prompting and analysis.
• Knowledge of marketing/advertising data and client reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Data Architecture: consolidate pre-sale, sales pipeline, live platform, and audience data into a single database.
• LLM-Ready Infrastructure: structure the DB for fast, wide-scale analysis with LLMs.
• Self-Serve Reporting: build flexible templates for stakeholders to generate outputs.
• Insight Generation: make data ingestion and visualization accessible to non-technical audiences.
• Post-Campaign Storytelling: translate data into actionable narratives for executives.
• Market + BI: synthesize campaign with competitive data to guide sales priorities.
• Bridge between sales and finance to surface impactful insights.
• Design flexible, scalable reporting infrastructure for self-serve use.
