Job summary
Moonbug Entertainment, a global preschool-focused entertainment company, seeks a Creative Project Manager for a 6-month fixed-term, on-site role in Los Angeles. You will lead planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery of creative and product development initiatives across CP&E, ensuring timely asset delivery and launches.
The role partners with CP&E Creative and Product Development leadership, managing timelines, approvals, budgets, and stakeholder communications to keep projects aligned
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of project management, creative operations, licensing, product development, or consumer products experience.
- Understanding licensing production timelines, seasonal calendars, packaging, and asset management.
- Familiarity with Flowhaven, Box, Monday.com, Airtable or similar workflow tools.
- Proficiency with Mac OSX, MS Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain timelines for seasonal style guides, packaging programs, product development, and retail initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end operational flow of creative projects, including reviews and consolidated feedback.
- Track asset development, approvals, and final production assets across platforms.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal legal to track proposals and contracts.
