Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic grammar and mathematics is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required and MVR check must pass.
• One year of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors with enthusiasm and knowledge of exhibitions, programs, and events.
• Provide information about museum offerings, policies, and visitor services.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment for all guests.
• Assist with accessibility accommodations and mobility needs, including golf cart transport.
• Respond to inquiries, coordinate requests, and relay VIP visits to leadership.
• Ensure front-of-house operations run smoothly and securely.
