Responsibilities

• Sell tickets, memberships, and other offerings to meet sales goals
• Provide accurate information and proactively match Museum offerings to guest interests
• Support museum operations: visitor flow, ticket scanning, and group check-in
• Deliver courteous guest service and resolve issues according to service standards
• Maintain knowledge of offerings and ticketing systems to ensure accurate transactions
• Assist with daily Visitor Services duties and capacity control
