Job summary

ASU Art Museum, part of the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts at Arizona State University, seeks a Business Operations Manager to lead, develop, and oversee the museum’s business, financial and human resources operations.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, grants, procurement, travel, HR and payroll, internal controls and process improvement, and partners with the Director and leadership to translate priorities into sustainable financial and staffing plans.

Qualifications

• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with grants, procurement, payroll and HR operations.
• Self-starter with initiative, strong communication and multi-priority skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee museum business, financial and HR operations.
