Job summary

Qualifications

• Weekend, evening, holiday, and Patriots game availability required.
• Willingness to work across all visitor services positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
• Assist visitors at the information desk, access control, and gallery/guided tours.
• Be familiar with exhibits and events, operate interactive equipment.
• Staff the ticket sales desk as needed.
• Take on special projects as business dictates.
