Job summary

Kraft Sports and Entertainment, LLC is seeking an Event Ambassador at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA. This part-time role focuses on welcoming guests, educating on facilities, and delivering outstanding customer service to enhance game-day experiences.

You will assist with event operations, promotions distribution, and support staffing at registrations and interactive stations, including long hours and outdoor work in all weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level role, no experience required.
• Part-time availability for all home Patriots Games, minimum of 5 Patriots events/special events, and 5 Training Camp days.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests at Gillette Stadium with a friendly demeanor.
• Educate guests on facilities and event operations to enhance fan experience.
• Provide guests with attentive service to ensure a first-rate experience.
• Assist with execution of event promotions and distribution of premium items.
• Support event staff with setup/teardown, staffing registrations and interactive stations.
