Job summary

Hunt Military Communities in El Paso, TX is seeking Maintenance Technicians at multiple career levels to support the upkeep and readiness of our housing communities. You may perform general maintenance, and work to make ready vacated units, with duties spanning HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and other building tasks.

The role requires safety awareness, ability to work outdoors, and the drive to document work orders and follow preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.
• Must have Driver's License in state.
• EPA 608 Certification within 180 days from hire (Levels 2/3).

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting, and general maintenance.
• Perform skilled work in one or more trades with basic troubleshooting abilities.
• Document all work in accordance with company policy and maintain equipment.
• Follow safety practices and PPE guidelines during maintenance tasks.
• Assist in make-ready of vacated units, including painting, flooring, and fixtures, as required.
• Provide emergency maintenance support for issues such as water leaks or hot water system failures.
• Mentor Level 1–2 technicians and support troubleshooting as needed.
