Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is hiring Maintenance Technicians at multiple levels to support the upkeep and readiness of our housing communities. You will perform general maintenance, repairs, and make-ready work across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry, often outdoors in varying weather conditions.

This role requires detail orientation, safety awareness, and reliable attendance. You may mentor junior technicians and respond to emergencies as part of an on-site maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA 608 Certification within 180 days from hire.
• OSHA-10 Training within 1 year from hire.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service requests (furnaces, AC, appliances, water heaters, plumbing, carpentry).
• Performs skilled work in one or more trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair or locksmith).
• Documents all work per company policy.
• Maintains equipment and tools in ready repair.
• Follow PPE and safety practices.
• Assist in make-ready of vacated units (painting, repairs, flooring).
• Conduct emergency maintenance (sewage, water leaks, fires).
• Drive company or personal vehicle for work duties (as needed).
• Mentor Level 3 technicians and assist others with troubleshooting.
