Qualifications

• At least three years of multi-state payroll experience in Ultipro or UKG
• Advanced knowledge of payroll tax calculations
• Fluent in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Confidentiality and professionalism in handling payroll data
• Dependability and ability to work standard in-office hours

Responsibilities

• Review payroll computations and deductions for accuracy
• Maintain UKG/Ultipro timekeeping records
• Process hourly and salary payrolls on deadlines
• Mail direct deposit vouchers and paychecks
• Respond to employee payroll questions and information requests
• Escalate and resolve payroll issues promptly
• Maintain payroll and employment records for 500+ employees
• Collaborate with HR and HRIS to improve payroll processes
• Audit and reconcile reports with accounting team
