CSW Industrials, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Dallas to manage accurate, timely multi-state payrolls. You will partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and a positive employee experience while leveraging UKG Pro expertise.

The role requires strong proficiency in payroll tax regulations, wage and hour rules, and data reconciliation. Collaboration across business units and system improvements will be key to success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience.
• Strong UKG Pro expertise (UltiPro).
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations, garnishments, deductions, and wage-and-hour compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, biweekly, and off-cycle payrolls using UKG Pro.
• Audit payroll transactions, earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits for accuracy and compliance.
• Balance and reconcile payroll before and after cycles.
• Prepare W-2s and year-end payroll tax reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
