Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to administer company payroll across multiple locations. You will collect data, ensure timely processing, and collaborate with HR, Operations, and Finance to maintain compliant payroll practices.

Responsibilities include processing multi-state payroll bi-weekly, approving time entries, handling deductions, garnishments, and year-end reporting.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multistate payroll experience.
• Knowledge of wage and hour laws across applicable states, incl. California.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ADP WFN and comprehensive payroll.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll for all employees across multiple states.
• Verify time entry, review reports, reconcile payroll before transmission.
• Process changes for hires, transfers, promotions, terminations.
• Handle garnishments and year-end payroll activities.
• Prepare wage reports for government agencies as required.
• Support audits and maintain current employee data systems.
