Job summary

Hygiena, LLC in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage bi-weekly payroll for multi-state entities using ADP, under the supervision of the Payroll Manager. This full-time, on-site role handles international payroll and reporting, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and at least four years of lead payroll experience, with ADP Workforce Now experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state entities via ADP under Payroll Manager oversight.
• Assist with international payroll via ADP Global Streamline and PEOs.
• Prepare statistical summaries and ad-hoc reports using Excel.
• Resolve time and attendance issues with Managers.
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure reports and processes meet needs.
