Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking multiple Payroll Specialists to support their Sparks, Nevada location (Reno Metro Area). You will process weekly and bi-weekly multi-state payroll, manage garnishments, run queries, and coordinate with HRIS and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate payroll across states.

Role requires handling timekeeping imports, PTO accruals, and year-end tax reporting while maintaining compliance with federal and state wage laws.

Qualifications

• Two years of related payroll processing experience including experience running and creating query reports (e.g., Showcase, Hubble reporting).
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and wage and hour laws.
• Experience with timekeeping and payroll systems (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP, Peoplesoft).

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly multi-state payroll and handle garnishments and taxes.
• Review hours for accuracy and import from timekeeping systems to HRIS.
• Prepare payroll analyses and respond to payroll inquiries from coordinators and management.
• Support month-end tasks, PTO accruals, and401K changes for employees.
